The Ad Sales Planner Coordinator will be managing and controlling the advertising campaigns negotiated with the Media agencies and direct clients, by processing and positioning the commercial spots in breaks for all our channels, ensuring the best yield management of the commercial inventory.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders received from the advertisers of each Media agency;
- Advertising campaigns management into the Onair system;
- Working with material delivery platforms to receive and manage Video Ads;
- Coordinate with all teams to ensure the success of commercial inventory in our channels, whenever necessary;
- Provides reports to the Team Manager and maintains departmental files updated;
- Support the team with software migration (Onair to Mydas).
The Experience We Require From You:
- Minimum of two years in administrative tasks with analytical thinking.
- Proactive, responsible, versatile, and with attention to detail;
- Good communication and organization skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and deal with very tight deadlines.
- Fluent English both written and spoken;
- Proficient in MS Excel.
