To cultivate, develop and convert business opportunities for social catering business from the Hong Kong market. Responsible for achieving individual sales targets, with product portfolio to include Fairy Tale Weddings, Birthday/ Anniversary Dinners, Graduations and Children’s Parties. Job responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate and maintain business development opportunities within market segment assigned
- Assist in developing, planning, implementation and execution of tactics and programs in accordance to the business model and strategy on entire portfolio of social catering product line
- Develop incremental business to sustain continuous growth
- Training and development of new staff, as well as continuous product knowledge refresh
- Attend departmental sales & marketing team meetings, as well as representation at external line of business meetings
- Assist with compilation of key financial reports for business analysis, team production tracking/ management
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in business or related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in a catering sales management with broad industry knowledge and previous exposure to hotel social catering sales model
- Good relationship building/ enhancement skills are required
- Good working knowledge and background in wedding planning/ sales
- Interpersonal skills of negotiation, relating and building rapport are of utmost importance.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
