Within the Corporate Alliances organization under Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL), the Associate Manager is required to provide critical marketing, analytical and strategy support to the Corporate Alliances team as well managing Operating Participant (leasing) agreements, ensuring diversity and industry leading products and services for our guests. This position will support the development of deep, strategic joint marketing relationships between HKDL and the partners, and will also be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to increase the partner’s products sold or used in HKDL touch points, enriching the online to offline experience.
The Associate Manager will have exposure across numerous Lines of Businesses throughout HKDL and also within various Business Units of the Walt Disney Company as part of a team creating and managing highly visible strategic alliance relationships. The Manager also has revenue targets to deliver to HKDL on an annual basis with renewing the deals a focus.
Responsibilities:
Champion the long term relationship management and develop clear vision, strategy and approaches for assigned key accounts
Proactive account management, and responsible for end to end development, planning and execution of in-park and in-market activations
To lead ideation, innovation and develop creative & impactful digital activations across the diverse digital platforms and trends for partners activations
Articulate and sell-in the concepts to partners and ensure smooth and quality implementation.
Collaborate with HKDL Line of Business, problem solve and identify new collaboration opportunities, driving additional revenue and Operating Income for the company
Build and enhance rapport with internal stakeholders to gain support on Corporate Alliances business and manage potential conflicts
Support Director/ Senior Manager in compelling executive level presentation with story-telling and management reports for the team’s performance and partners’ activations
Manage creative agencies or resources.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree with 5 -7 years in relevant disciplines, Master degree holder is preferred
Complex problem solving, research and logic development skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin which required based on having Western and Asian clients
