About the Role:
We serve high quality content to millions of customers across millions of devices, all of which are constantly evolving and changing. This role is within our Channel Marketing team and includes activations like Media planning with ATL and Marketing activation with BTL driving micro-marketing and on-ground activation. It also includes ensuring identification of critical and impact markets and customize the marketing approach specific to the geo dynamics.

This role is critical and requires marketing expertise more from the Media Planning and Event activation experience.  The micro marketing and the media effectiveness are more to drive brand and product marketing with enhanced consumer marketing capabilities. This role drives more traditional and exclusive media execution. The ability is of an expert with vivid media handling from various consumer cum service brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing brand and marketing activations across Telugu Businesses with focus on Hyderabad and select urban towns

  • Monitoring various communication tools for specific markets targeting consumers and trade

  • Connecting with marketing agencies and vendors on a regular basis to understand work progress and record in specified formats

  • Monitoring offline branding activities, including OOH and electronic media, with retail visibility programs

  • Driving activation-led campaign execution based on themes of show launches across impact cities of AP and Telangana with ground assistance in managing campaign launches

  • Meeting influencers from time to time, along with agencies, to understand, monitor, and report influencer program progress

  • Organizing and monitoring small format virtual/live events with agencies to ensure maximum TG attends the events

  • Maintaining data and preparing dashboards on a weekly basis

  • Driving trade marketing activities through trade partners and having knowledge of distribution and MSO operators across territories

  • Preparing complete media plans and budgets with campaign timelines

  • Collaborating effectively with various internal and cross-functional teams as well as external teams.

Performance Measures:

  • Develop and execute strategies for Telugu Businesses

  • Meet show and channel targets set by the business

  • Provide at least one breakthrough idea for shows in each quarter

  • Understand BARC data to analyse and act on it

  • Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Comfortable in rolling out marketing/creative briefs


Minimum Qualification: MBA or Postgraduate with 8-10 years’ work experience in a related role.

  • Proficiency in Telugu preferred, with effective communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
