職責／担当・主要業務:
- Editing/ proofreading for internal/ external communication channels, including media releases, reports, summaries and other marketing materials.
- Responsible for editing/ copywriting English stories for the daily internal news publication, via online news articles and internal notices.
- Write/ edit communication materials for functions and events that involve the resort’s staff, media, community partners and the HKSAR government.
- Prepare copy for the several of the resort’s owned social media channels, including Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Write/ edit/ proofread English-based speeches, presentations and correspondence for executive leadership.
- Edit/ write leadership stories for weekly internal e-publication. May involve interviewing colleagues. Increase visibility of the resort through internal publications across the Company and other tasks as part of the Communications and Public Affairs team.
- Act as an expert resource on the English language and the Company’s editorial style.
必須要件:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in English editing/ copywriting/ writing, executive speechwriting/ correspondence, with Broad Public Affairs experience (Media Relations, Publicity, Government Relations, Community Relations) is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong research skills, including broad understanding of online search engines.
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously and able to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of various writing styles and tones appropriate for online, print, social media, brochures, etc.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel. Willing to learn new applications or software as technology advances.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
