In today’s business, Tech and Digital is critical element for the success of any business.
Direct-To-Consumer Retail (DTCR) Tech & Digital division is the core team in DTCR organization to drive Digitalization (DX) of our Retail business, including Disney Stores and shopDisney (eCommerce).

Our activities include eCom platform enhancement, Retail Store digitalization, Mobile App, Store staffs’ App and other variety of Retail Tech activities, and not only for those.
We also work for designing and launching new customer engagement services / business in various scenes.

We’re working closely with business leaders from each division – Retail Store (Disney Stores), eCom (shopDisney), Logistics, Marketing, Merchandising and others including external Disney partners.

Expectation to this role
  • Drive new service / business development initiatives working closely with leaders in Retail and Third Party Commercialization divisions
  • Understand our Customers’ insight as well as Disney asset and business
  • Design new experience/service to our Customer, and articulated that as a plan
  • Develop business design and launch plan, including business plan
  • Drive service/business launch initiatives


Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
  • 5+ years of strategy consulting experience for consumer business
  • Experience of working closely with C-level executives for their consumer business strategy development
  • Experience of new business development and its related business plan
  • Experience of CRM strategy development and its execution
  • Experience of customer insight analysis and customer experience design
  • Experience of Retail and/or Entertainment business

  • Team collaboration and experience working cross-functionally across different teams
  • Self-drive working attitude including task management
  • Skilled in management communication and reporting
  • Ability to think strategically, as well as visionally
  • Ability to understand consumer insight and industry trend
  • Business/service launch plan development and presentation skill as a solid plan
  • Issue analysis and problem solving
  • Excellent Excel/PPT capabilities, for business planning
