仕事内容:
Disney Theatrical Group is currently seeking an analytical self-starter with strong data manipulation skills and keen attention to detail to join our team as Manager, Yield Management. This position requires a candidate to possess experience in inventory and yield management, ticketing operations, sales, and understanding of the Broadway and North American Touring markets.
This individual will report to the Director, Sales & Ticketing. Primary responsibilities include the day-to-day ticketing sales analysis of Broadway and North American touring productions; optimizing grosses and attendance utilizing yield management techniques; and forecasting results. In this role, the individual must work daily with internal partners such as marketing, finance, and touring operations; and externally with box offices and other partners.

- Manage data analysis and yield management responsibilities for multiple productions, including Broadway and North American touring productions:
- Daily analysis and implementation of yield management techniques, including:
- Dynamically price Broadway productions
- Monitoring distressed inventory
- Determine lottery and special offer allocations
- Weekly analysis, including:
- Tracking of sales pacing
- Revenue forecasting
- Creation of pricing proposals
- Sales updates to brand teams
- Update best availability calendars
- Establishing initial pricing for single tickets and group sales using various analytical methodologies, including analysis of historical and pricing trends
- Forecast revenue for assigned productions
- Daily analysis and implementation of yield management techniques, including:
- Present stories derived from data to internal partners, including senior leadership
必須要件:
- 3-5 years’ experience in the entertainment/theatre/sports industry with proven proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Strong understanding of and ability to apply yield management and inventory management principles
- High aptitude with Excel
- Working knowledge of one or more ticketing systems
- Understanding of the Broadway and North American Touring industry
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to present to senior leaders
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
