The Media Sourcing Team collaborates with Media & Marketing professionals across the Walt Disney Company, to maximize the value of our media investments, by assessing opportunities, staying abreast of industry trends, creatively crafting deals that deliver value across the enterprise, and improving the way we do business with our partners. The Media Category collaborates with Media Leads across all lines of business and focuses sourcing efforts on Digital and Traditional Media buys and publishers, Media Agencies (including strategy, planning, and buying), and media buying technologies in coordination with the Marketing Category and Segment Sourcing teams.

The focus of this role is to work with internal operations teams and media stakeholders across the enterprise to identify value creation opportunities, ensure maximum utility of negotiated benefits from publishers, agencies, and associated technology agreements, identify and provide industry updates extracting insights that may impact our media strategies, manage spend pacing, etc., to maximize the value of our enterprise media investments. Activities include data analysis, running RFP’s, participating in enterprise & segment level deal negotiations, managing supplier relationships, recommending best-in-class suppliers & innovations, facilitating process improvements, all while exhibiting operational excellence. We serve as the connective tissue across the segments, creating broader opportunities than what is possible at the segment level.
Our team curates programs and content to bring the Disney Media Lead global community together to collaborate, network and share best practices. We lead cross-enterprise initiatives that require us to coordinate across all divisions, orchestrating complex deals that must account for the needs of our very different businesses. Working with marketing leaders across a dynamic entertainment conglomerate like Disney creates many exciting opportunities, as we help them push the envelope on new and creative ways to deliver effective marketing strategies and campaigns. 望ましい経験/スキル:

  • Experience working within the traditional TV/Outdoor Media, social media, digital marketing categories and/or other marketing field.
  • Marketing background is a plus.
  • Marketing Sourcing background is a plus.

望ましい学歴

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.

望ましい学歴

  • Master’s Degree/MBA
