Develop, execute and monitor location strategies/location differentiation and integrate them into category and global initiatives.
Develop, execute and monitor e-commerce strategy & tactics to fulfill LOB’s goals on expanding the scope out-of-berm. To execute and monitor the inventory movement among physical and virtual stores to optimize revenue
Partner with internal partners to execute new product download/seasonal program download. Ensure the smooth procedure of SKU in/out down to locations. Identify consolidation opportunities.
Formulate, execute and regular enhancement of replenishment system to maximize operational efficiency and fulfill operational and business needs. Partner with System team to automate regular reports, replenishment setting and manual allocation to improve the overall team efficiency and accuracy.
Analyze and prepare necessary reporting and facilitate location visits with all key strategic partners.
Evaluate and manage logistics, face out productivity, gross margin and space utilization. Perform business analysis detailing location sales and margin performance, recommending store relayout to maximize the productivity of the location.
Execute IFP plans regarding to locations to support Merchandise strategies in partnership with Category Planning, Product Development, Store Operations and Finance. Create new location profiles and identify business opportunities.
Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines
At least 3 years of experience retail operations, knowledgeable in e-commerce operations is preferred
Strong decision making and execution planning in order to optimize business opportunity
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required
Good command of retail math concepts, applications and statistical analysis
Working knowledge of merchandise system, data mining, replenishment system and spreadsheet
Fluent spoken and written in English and Chinese
