The Senior Financial Systems Analyst (SFSA) for SAP Production Finance Security. The primary focus is Enterprise Financial SAP and the partnering systems (e.g., Business Warehouse, HANA, Business Objects) access administration. The SFSA will drive and support the implementation and transformation of Security reporting solutions. This will include design build and support reporting & process improvements, system enhancements and automation tools to meet the segment/client needs. The DFS Security team is responsible for ensuring cast members have the appropriate level of SAP systems access to perform their jobs, optimizing the overall security model, while maintaining controls and enforcing company policy.
 

Preferred Experience:

• Experience leading and advocating audit controls
• Experience with identifying SOD (Segregation of Duties) risks
• Experience with SAP GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) controls
• Experience with data warehouse reporting tools (e.g., HANA, SQL, Tableau)
• Experience with SAP S4HANA Security
• Excellent written communication skills to convey relevant information across multiple levels of the organization
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen

The ideal candidate should have experience in large organizations utilizing SAP access control modules financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, S4HANA) 
The candidate must also have experience in:

• SAP ECC and/or S4HANA
• General Accounting
• SOX Compliance and Controls
• Preparing, Presenting, Company SAP User Audits
• Customer email and ticket resolution
• Software application license owner (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, SharePoint, Winshuttle)
• Data base reporting
• Microsoft Office

The SFSA’s key focus will be to support the Enterprise partners, process owners, business units and IT.

• Internal and External SAP FI Security policies
• Governance approver
• End User support
• Security reporting and metrics
• Report development (SQL Server, Alteryx, Tableau)
• Security SharePoint
• Process Documentation

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

Preferred Education:

• Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Information Systems or a related field (e.g., MAC, MBA, and MIS)

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA., is $109,384 to $136,730 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
