JOB SUMMARY
As the Senior Partnerships Manager at Disney+ Hotstar, you play a pivotal part in propelling business growth. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, your role involves identifying growth prospects, negotiating mutually beneficial partnerships, and providing vital strategic support to our product and business development teams. Your expertise will shape strategic presentations and execution roadmaps, contributing significantly to our ongoing success by amplifying Disney+ Hotstar's presence through partner channels.

The Disney+ Hotstar Partnerships team is dedicated to accelerating our business's growth and enhancing the consumer experience. We focus on day-to-day partnership operations and strategic external collaborations to expand business.
REPORTING TO – Executive Director - Partnerships, Disney+ Hotstar
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the construction, expansion, and leadership of Disney+ Hotstar's partnerships program, fostering exponential business growth
- Champion the development of innovative, high-impact, and long-term partnership structures
- Actively execute existing and new partnerships at Disney+ Hotstar, wielding direct and indirect influence within the organization to ensure successful outcomes
- Expertly navigate internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire partnership lifecycle, encompassing opportunity identification, win-win framework creation, negotiation, and successful closure
- Offer strategic guidance to internal product and business development teams in shaping and executing Go-to-Market strategies, maximizing Disney+ Hotstar's visibility through partner channels on both new and existing collaborations
- Implement and oversee the roadmap, execution plans, and success metrics for various partnership opportunities
- Craft insightful strategic presentations that facilitate informed decision-making for internal teams and external partners
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS
- Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, encompassing marketing, product, technology, and content teams
- Showcase exceptional problem-solving capabilities in addressing intricate issues, demonstrating the capacity to dissect and resolve them effectively
- Exhibit a self-starting attitude and a high level of motivation, consistently going the extra mile to deliver exceptional results
- Employ robust people and stakeholder management skills, establishing and maintaining deep connections throughout the organization, particularly in marketing, product, technology, and content
- Strong presentation skills especially related to building compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Prior work experience with a focus on quantitative analysis, Excel proficiency, and a strong foundation in logical reasoning
- Proficiency in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations, especially in the context of building persuasive and impactful presentations
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 8 to 10 years of work experience, with a foundation in strategy & consulting or Sales / Business Development + Partnerships roles, ideally within digital-first organizations. Experience in dynamic, rapidly expanding environments is preferred
- Understanding or experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) is a plus
- MBA degree, preferably from Tier I/Tier II institutes
