As a Global Campaign Manager, you will be part of the global marketing strategy team, developing compelling marketing programs for Disney Consumer Products, Games and Publishing's (CPGP) commercial priorities, and working with your partners to promote creative campaigns. As a storyteller, you will help shape and implement strategies that connect with consumers in groundbreaking new ways.

You will be a primary contact across The Walt Disney Company for cross-franchise CPGP marketing campaigns, and implement all campaign elements while facilitating information and communication to multiple partners.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management for Disney Consumer Products, Games, and Publishing.


Develop cross-franchise marketing campaign plans

  • Work with teams to create global marketing campaigns around important cross-franchise projects
  • Participate in planning meetings to develop marketing campaigns
  • Work with our teams to identify white space opportunities for CPGP and develop compelling global marketing campaign plans that can be deployed across markets by local teams
  • Create pitch decks and materials
  • Manage project timelines and budgets

Lead campaign delivery

  • Manage all assigned campaign plans and hold responsibility for execution of all campaign elements
  • Run regular meetings and internal communications for campaign development by tracking actions, milestones and deadlines
  • Update and use project management tools (e.g. Workfront) to keep teams informed and on track
  • Work with creative team to deliver assets, campaign toolkits and content
  • Ensure all creative output and brainstorming is achievable within budget and quality controlled and compliant with internal and external guidelines

Coordinate collaboration and input

  • Collaborate with and lead multiple teams to guide execution of global campaign elements
  • Identify cross-company and external opportunities, where marketing needs are aligned and resources can be pooled to create bigger opportunities for partners to invest
  • Operate with creative leadership responsibility across teams, ensuring assets created by team are culturally sensitive and aligned with TWDC strategies and brand guidelines as set by CPGP franchise and leadership and other LOBS (such as studios)


  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing campaign management experience for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Advertising or Media Agency, Content, and Brand
  • Experience delivering multi-platform campaigns including retail, experiential, digital and above-the-line marketing
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and anticipating issues of concern
  • Experience developing the performance of a team
  • Collaborate with a team while working quickly to meet deadlines
  • Experience managing and working within allocated budgets
  • Experience building relationships, leading change and collaboration across departments to achieve financial targets and joint goals
  • Manage a broad scope of work
  • Experience around the world on global, consumer-facing marketing campaigns with global budgets, understanding cultural sensitivities and creating content that can be understood and repurposed across many different languages and territories
  • Experience delivering end solutions within a large corporate environment, understanding the dynamics and challenges of working in a matrixed organization
  • Experience interpreting data analyses and drawing marketing effects from research and consumer insight


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience
