About the Role & Team
Are you passionate about digital paid media, social media, and iconic brands like Disney, 20th Century Studios, Disney+, National Geographic, STAR, Marvel, and Star Wars? We are seeking a dynamic Benelux Digital Paid Media Coordinator with excellent communication and project management skills and a proven track record in digital paid media advertising. Your role will be to drive acquisition and awareness for our brands together with the acquisition and paid brand teams.
As the Benelux Digital Paid Media Coordinator, you will report to the Benelux Subscriber Acquisition Manager with a dotted line to the Benelux Digital Paid Media Manager. You will support the acquisition and brand paid media teams in planning, implementing, and reporting on digital paid media campaigns for Disney+, Studios, and Media Networks.
The position requires a presence at the office 4 days per week and 1 day working from home.
What You Will Do
- Localize and translate assets for acquisition and affiliate campaigns.
- Brief the localization of videos and static banners.
- Follow the approval process for creatives.
- Manage localizations in Airtable and Canva.
- Create overviews of creative assets.
- Develop briefings for acquisition campaigns.
- Own the paid social strategy and execution across the Benelux for STAR, National Geographic, campaigns.
- Assist the Benelux Digital Brand and Acquisition teams in maintaining costs and preparing presentations.
- Generate data analysis and insights from campaigns to drive growth and optimization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- BS/BA degree in Digital Technology, Marketing, or comparable experience.
- Work exposure preferably in the entertainment industry or an international organization.
- Proven experience and understanding of digital paid media channels and business management platforms (Meta, DV360, TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon, Reddit, Pinterest).
- Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of French (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
- A passion for digital advertising, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a creative mind.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Confidence in developing trusting and long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze large sets of complex data.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to react to business changes.
- Competence to work in an international environment with resilience, perseverance, and patience.
