Supporting digital safety records, trackers and documentation
Coordinating meetings, training sessions and site visits
Administering online safety inductions and training programmes
Assisting with reporting, data tracking and programme progress
Researching sustainable technologies, vendors and best practices
Helping capture and share sustainability successes across productions
Contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working
You’ll work closely with the Production Safety Manager and Production Sustainability team, gaining insight into how large‑scale film and TV productions operate behind the scenes.
The role will be based at Pinewood Studios, Iver, with occasional travel to our Hammersmith office or other sites, with notice provided in advance.
Values
You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.
