職責／担当・主要業務:
- Prolonged standing and walking to various areas of the ride track, including climbing several flights of stairs
- We immerse our guests by participating in the show
- We ensure the safety of ride operation, including verifying that safety restraints and belts are correctly secured before the ride is set into motion and measuring children at the height station
- We provide safety and ride information spiels on a microphone or by projecting our voices
- We engage with thousands of Guest by addressing needs, answering questions, giving directions and other information about the theme park or surrounding areas
- Record hourly ride capacity and cycles
- We take ownership during emergencies
必須要件:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Physical role requiring heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling
- We use observational skills to proactively identify Guest needs and ensure safety guidelines are being followed
- Part-time requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of three (3) days per week, including nights and holidays.
- Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required.
- Cast members can be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
望ましい経験／スキル:
- Bilingual preferred
- Previous experience speaking in front of large groups or audiences
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
