Candidates interested in this role will need to be available for training dates, as well as have full weekend availability for race/event weekends including:
- Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend (Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
- Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend (Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
- Princess Half Marathon Weekend (Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
- Spring Event Weekend (Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
- Other ESPN events as needed (TBD)
職責／担当・主要業務:
- Prolonged standing and walking to various areas of the race route to perform and maintain crowd control during peak operational hours in outdoor settings during different weather conditions
- Adaptability to the fluctuating needs of the operation
- Proactively engage with Guest needs by answering questions, giving directions, and providing other information about the theme park or surrounding areas
- We take ownership during emergency situations while under pressure
必須要件:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
- Driver's license required
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Physical role requiring heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling
- We use observational skills to proactively identify Guest needs and ensure safety guidelines are being followed
- This seasonal role requires full availability for all race events, as well as training
- Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required
- Cast members can be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
