About the Role & Team

The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) has a diverse global portfolio of companies spanning movies, television, news, sports, games, theme parks, resorts, and more. Disney's Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) business unit, part of TWDC's Disney Entertainment segment, oversees all facets of Disney's Film and TV Streaming, including Hulu and Disney+. Within this unit, we focus on the Disney+ platform, delivering exceptional entertainment experiences to audiences worldwide.

What You Will Do

As an Associate Program Manager in the Disney+ Business Program Management team, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of strategic initiatives across various divisions. Your focus will be on developing efficient, scalable, and flexible launch plans that facilitate successful product rollouts and sustained operations. Committed to the principle of "just enough" process rigor, you will ensure transparency in program progress, risks, and dependencies—striking a careful balance between enabling teams and delivering results. Your ability to foster collaboration through clear, inclusive, and frequent communication will be vital. Leveraging your exceptional analytical skills, strong business insights, and adeptness at managing multiple priorities, you will contribute significantly to achieving our strategic goals and driving business growth.

Key Collaboration
You will collaborate closely with the Disney Entertainment group, including teams across Technology, Content, Marketing, and various international business units. Under the guidance of LPMO Program leaders, you will coordinate the delivery of work segments across multiple functional workstreams, divisions, and launch initiatives. These launches will involve diverse geographic regions, strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns, and key product features. Your efforts will support multiple LPMO program leaders and may present opportunities to co-lead high-impact programs, fostering cross-team coordination and ensuring seamless execution.
