Disney Branded Television is seeking a Coordinator to support the Post Production and Innovation team, playing a key role in project setup, asset tracking, communication tool management, and the documentation of emerging workflows and technologies across the department. The coordinator will work closely with Post leadership across Live Action and Animation to ensure timely delivery of materials, maintain department systems, and support strategic initiatives in innovation. The coordinator will effectively partner with cross-functional teams and support the following key responsibilities and essential duties:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Post Production

  • Oversee the Post setup of each project at greenlight, including coordination of systems, documentation, and workflows in alignment with studio standards.

  • Set up and maintain digital platforms as applicable (e.g., PIX, MyID), and support onboarding and training for production teams in their use.

  • Manage Studio and Network PIX user accounts on a per-project basis, ensuring access is properly granted, tracked, and updated.

  • Coordinate and track distribution and approvals for cuts and key post-production elements, updating trackers and stakeholders accordingly.

  • Support on-screen credit reviews by comparing submissions against templates, flagging discrepancies, and coordinating approvals and waiver requests from unions and guilds as needed.

  • Facilitate Post Production wrap, including scheduling wrap meetings with Post Executives, recovering assets, and ensuring all required elements from the Producer’s Handbook are submitted and distributed in a timely manner.

  • Build and manage Airtable trackers to help productions stay aligned on milestones across all active live action and animated titles.

  • Maintain archival inventory of post media assets, including stock footage, for both short- and long-term storage needs.

  • Serve as a key partner to TVA Studio Production Resources and Post Production leadership in the development of an interactive, web-based Producer’s Handbook tool.

Innovation

  • Provide support to the SVP of Post Production & Innovation, VP of Live Action Post, and Animation Post Producer across department-wide initiatives.

  • Attend Innovation-related meetings, take notes, track action items, and support ongoing progress of strategic initiatives.

  • Serve as a project manager on innovation-related efforts as assigned, tracking timelines, owners, and deliverables.

  • Maintain and update the Innovation Projects Airtable, including real-time tracking of Unreal Engine and AI-based projects in both Development and Production.

  • Assist with strategy research and development efforts—contributing to presentations, workflow diagrams, educational tools, and internal teaching materials.

  • Help prepare and polish flowcharts, decks, and briefing documents in support of innovation priorities and team communication.

  • Track and manage cross-departmental project dependencies; help ensure timely follow-up on tasks, emails, reports, and deliverables.

  • Support Post & Innovation leadership in improving time management and prioritization across active projects.

  • Coordinate with internal partners across production, post, creative, and technology to help streamline communication and workflow adoption.

  • Act as a central point of coordination for emerging tools and workflows, supporting change management and documentation around new processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of film/television production, post-production or related industry experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Airtable, Canva, and Google Workspace.

  • Strong written and verbal skills, excellent organization and time-management skills

  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset; takes initiative and ownership of assigned work.

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented; able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic thinker and solutions-oriented problem solver; able to anticipate needs and course-correct independently.

  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and confidently—both verbally and in writing.

  • Approachable, collaborative, and respectful in all interpersonal interactions

  • Demonstrates excellent judgment in managing multiple projects and shifting priorities with professionalism.

  • Continuously seeks areas for growth and demonstrates a strong appetite for learning new workflows, tools, and technologies.

  • Flexible and adaptable; thrives in a team environment and embraces change as a part of progress

  • Comfortable working within internal studio systems and databases for research, scheduling, and tracking.

  • Strong digital research skills; resourceful in identifying tools, workflows, and trends across the industry.

  • Familiarity with post-production workflows including editorial, visual effects, color, sound, and mastering.

  • Working knowledge of aspect ratios, frame rates, file formats, and finishing pipelines for both animation and live action.

  • Experience with file sharing platforms such as PIX, DAX, MediaSilo, and Clear; able to manage user permissions and troubleshoot issues.

  • Ability to perform basic video processing or editing using QuickTime, Compressor, or other lightweight editing tools.

  • Exposure to production tracking tools and platforms; willingness to learn and support technical workflows related to innovation and emerging technologies.
