In addition to understanding your executive’s business and business needs, you will also need to develop a deep knowledge of the leadership and workings of WDI and of related departments across the Disney enterprise. Every day as an Executive Support Professional is different! On any given day you might:

  • Collaborate with colleagues across TWDC and Imagineering, as well as with external composers, directors, musicians, and their offices.

  • Manage a busy calendar on behalf of the executives you support.

  • Review your leader’s schedule to build-in time for things like focus time and traveling to their next meeting.

  • Create global, multi-city travel itineraries, taking into account time zones, weather delays, traffic, and fatigue levels.

  • Schedule conference rooms, meetings, and video chats.

  • Assist other Music Team members with various administrative, departmental and office needs.

  • Interface directly with other senior executives and their support teams.

  • Manage very confidential, sensitive information.

  • Draft emails on behalf of your leaders, prep meeting/presentation materials.

  • Assist with on-boarding new employees.

  • Manage large purchase orders and vendor set up.

  • Plan your executive's involvement in large, high-profile events like premiers, product launches, off-sites, and team-building activities.

  • Plan group lunches, music showcases, and other gatherings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 5 years administrative experience supporting executives in a corporate environment.

  • Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including flawless grammar and a rich vocabulary.

  • Desire to immerse yourself fully and learn all aspects of your executive’s business.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables.

  • Strong proficiency with all types of computers, phones, and office equipment, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office programs, SAP, Concur, and working in a Windows environment.

  • Resourceful, proactive, self-directed, solution oriented.

  • Skills to build bridges, work relationships and encourage people to want to collaborate with you.

  • Complete reliability handling confidential, often extremely sensitive information.

  • Desire to be helpful to your leaders and co-workers, to go the extra mile without being asked.

  • Some flexibility in your schedule – we value work/life balance but help if travel support is needed out of office hours while executives are traveling.

  • A highly professional demeanor, positive outlook, a can-do attitude and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience at The Walt Disney Company and/or experience working in a large public corporation.
