Operating at the intersection of entertainment and technology and housed within the Disney Entertainment segment, Hulu is helping to bring The Walt Disney Company’s best-in-class storytelling to fans and families everywhere.

We’re seeking a Supervisor, Workplace Experience who will be an exceptional addition to the Workplace Experience (WE) team for the Santa Monica office. Reporting into the Hulu Strategic Planning and Strategy team, the WE team is a highly dynamic group focused on enabling business needs and culture for all tenants in the Santa Monica and Glendale campuses, ensuring implementation and smooth operations of backend and frontend systems, as well as serving as office liaison to business functions and employees alike in close coordination with our business partners across the organization.

A dedicated, full-time Supervisor is essential to orchestrate the day-to-day operations of this complex facility. This role will ensure a consistent, unified, and high-quality experience across all touchpoints—from amenities and events to space management and vendor coordination—allowing teams to stay focused on driving business outcomes while the campus runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
