仕事内容:

Disney Corporate Creative Resources (DCCR) is a full-service creative and production organization that supports Disney’s internal corporate clients with strategic planning & communications, full-scale event production, video, graphic design, and emerging technology solutions. We deliver integrated, end-to-end projects that bring ideas to life across every touchpoint to ensure high-quality creative deliverables with cost-effective results.

The DCCR Special Events team produces imaginative, turnkey experiences that inspire and connect—ranging from leadership meetings and employee engagement programs to large-scale conferences and select external-facing activations—all designed to reflect Disney’s creativity, innovation, and brand excellence.

Job Summary:

The Executive Producer, Special Events serves as the strategic architect and executive lead for the creative vision, high-stakes planning, and technical execution and event management of signature corporate and employee engagement initiatives at the Robert A. Iger Building in New York City and the Theater. Operating with full regional autonomy and minimal direction, this role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of event production—driving creative innovation, directing complex show flows, and maintaining absolute fiscal and operational accountability. This role will transform high-level corporate objectives into strategic brand experiences that reinforce Disney’s culture, deepen employee advocacy, and serve as a powerful vehicle for corporate storytelling.

The portfolio encompasses high-impact executive engagements, global town halls, and large-scale cultural milestones. As the primary strategic partner for NYC-based activations, this role navigates complex stakeholder landscapes, consulting with business unit leaders, facilities, and global departments to ensure every event aligns with overarching enterprise goals.

As a senior decision-maker within the Special Events team, the Executive Producer is responsible for elevating the department’s regional influence—pioneering new production methodologies, ensuring flawless delivery under pressure, and acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. This position is instrumental in defining the New York campus experience, bridging the gap between local operations and Burbank-based strategy, and upholding a relentless standard of excellence and guest service.

By synthesizing visionary storytelling with expert-level production strategy, the Executive Producer delivers high-caliber events that inspire connection, drive engagement, and define Disney’s standard for operational and creative brilliance.

  • Partners with Senior Level Disney executives and stakeholders to intake Event needs and objectives and works with a variety of teams to ensure event comes to life and delights customer, operating seamlessly with all technology and production, operations management and conference and catering to ensure a spectacular event.

  • Support the overarching goals and objectives of the department, each event, and the client. Collaborate closely with the Department Director on special projects as assigned, which may include contributing to creative development, supporting event elements led by other team members, and assisting with client engagement and relationship management.
