Coordinator, Synergy Integration & Media Production

The Synergy Integrations and Media Production team is responsible for marketing priorities from The Walt Disney Company’s full portfolio across Disney Entertainment Television (DET) platforms. This includes producing custom creative content for linear channels and digital platforms, as well as facilitating integrations within DET shows.

The Synergy Integrations and Media Production Coordinator supports the team in all aspects of content production and integration delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects run smoothly by coordinating resources, tracking deliverables, and supporting production and integration needs across a wide variety of initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the collection and distribution of assets, viewing files, rough cuts, and deliverables to support the Manager, Synergy Media Production.

• Collaborate with the Synergy Media Planning team to ensure deliverable records are accurately created and maintained.

• Track production workflows and update documents with the status of all projects.

• Attend and assist with content shoots as needed.

• Facilitate deliveries from vendors and monitor the Production Approval queue.

• Lead the delivery of DET content for Parks & Resorts on-demand systems.

• Assist with onboarding new vendors, communicating expectations, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

• Review and process vendor invoices in collaboration with the Manager.

• Support implementation of synergy integrations across DET shows in partnership with the Executive Director, Synergy Strategy & Integrations.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in entertainment or related field

• Familiarity with video production needs, assets, file types, and workflows.

• Proactive, resourceful, and solution oriented.

• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility with diverse stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization.

• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, shifting environment.

• Flexibility to adapt processes as situations change.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with systems such as Mediator, M360, SendIt/Aspera, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Airtable).

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $53,300.00 to $71,300.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
