Brand Franchise & Partnership Intern

The Walt Disney Company offers an internship in Madrid in Brand Franchise & Partnership starting on September.

The role will consist of:

•  Support in the implementation of Brand Franchise XLobs Campaigns & Studio Partnerships promotional deals.
• Defining the common touchpoints internally and with third party partners, turn them into opportunities to support film marketing and The Walt Disney Company brands ‘portfolio.
• Ensure effective administration of project/campaign activities.

The key accountabilities:

Support the Studios Partnership and Integrated Marketing Manager (María Suarez) in implementing Brand Franchise events and promotional campaigns:

BRAND FRANCHISE

• Work with Regional to align the local Brand Strategy.
• Generate reports / presentations for each project. Before, during and at the end of the campaign.
• Coordinate with the media and creative agency the plans and creatives.

PARTNERSHIP

• Work with Regional/US teams in the approval process of the initiatives through PAS system.
• Coordination of creative and marketing materials with Regional/US and the LOBs in order to work in the presentations.
• Follow up on promotional operations, taking responsibility for day-to-day implementation and following up on the initiatives to ensure effective delivery to the business.
• Update the global and regional tracking of the local projects.

EVENTS

• Coordinate Live Events business: collect marketing materials.
• Support manager on the implementation of brand events, whether as part of a global, regional or local initiative.

Qualification education knowledge desired:

• Management, marketing or similar  [It is essential to have completed the degree (degree already paid) and no more than 3 years have elapsed since the completion of it]
• Good level of English

Ofrecemos un contrato en prácticas* de 1 año (6+6 meses).

*Requisitos: Este contrato podrá concertarse con quienes estuvieren en posesión de título universitario o de formación profesional de grado medio o superior o títulos oficialmente reconocidos como equivalentes, de acuerdo con las leyes reguladoras del sistema educativo vigente, o de certificado de profesionalidad, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley Orgánica 5/2002, de 19 de junio, de las Cualificaciones y de la Formación Profesional, que habiliten para el ejercicio profesional.

Que no hayan transcurrido más de tres años, o de cinco cuando el contrato se concierte con un trabajador con discapacidad, desde la terminación de los estudios.
