Overall Purpose of the Role
Supporting the client service team for the entire campaign lifecycle (planning – execution, reporting and billing). For example:
- Campaign reporting on a daily / weekly basis
- Maintaining the department operating tools constantly updated with all information related to campaigns
- Provide campaign collaterals as preview, screenshot and PCA presentations
- Extract data from research database (e.g. GWI) to support CS manager in producing research insights
- Support the CS team in the ad-sales related invoices process
- Support the ad-sales team with the competition analysis
- Support the ad-sales and CS team with keeping the IO database updated
Additional tasks:
- Conduct competitor analysis and prepare weekly report
- Support the wider team with organizing Roadshow/Meetings
- Help the ad sales / content promotion team with Pitch decks, clients mapping, activities tracking.
- Taking part in brainstorming sessions and providing idea to foster pitches
Skills and Competences Required
- Analytical background and Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Background study in communication, advertising, or economics a plus
Experiences
- Excellent standard of written English for business proposals
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Ad Manager and/or Meta Business suite is a plus
