Develop, maintain, and enhance sourcing reports, databases, and analytics to support spend analysis and management reporting.
Improve report quality, data accuracy, and efficiency through system and process enhancements.
Prepare analytical reports and presentation materials for management.
Provide procurement process, policy, and system support to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Support scheduled and ad‑hoc procurement audits.
Manage minor sourcing projects under supervision.
Support the sourcing team on general administration support and ad hoc projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Supply Chain, or a related business discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analysis and report preparation within multinational or sizable organizations.
Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; experience with Access, AI tools, SAP, Coupa, or other ERP systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and vendors.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
