職責／担当・主要業務:

• Create and maintain costume style records annually in the GUS+ system for Gus/Yunique Entertainment, enabling the team to input attributes an complete the costume setup process
• Manage and maintain costume sizing data to ensure accurate fit and performance readiness for Gus/Yunique Entertainment productions
• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancements of costuming operations applications, including but not limited to assisting with data migration, conducting UAT testing and participating system upgrades and project meetings as required
• Maintain and regularly update the Costume Search Engine to support entertainment operational planning and reporting
• Perform data standardization in GUS+ by aligning garment naming conventions for consistency, usability, and data quality
• Maintain and update user guides and system documentation (e.g., for GUS+, RFID handhelds, LockerGM) to ensure correct and consistent usage by end users
• Assist in hardware testing (e.g., Zebra handheld devices) to ensure compatibility, usability, and functionality within costuming operations
• Assist in report design, testing, and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Provide support in costume planning activities
• Work independently, proactively identifying issues and proposing effective solutions to improve systems, workflows, and data quality

必須要件:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, warehouse operations, or costume distribution is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and basic supervisory skills
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical sense and analytical abilities
• A team player with a positive service attitude
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office, Excel, and Power BI
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
