CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITES:
Tasks
- Managing, developing, implementing and updating WDI quality management systems.
- Advise management on relevant quality aspects and monitor compliance.
- Plan and conduct regular internal audits, inspections and trainings within the Company / Site.
- Maintain and control the company’s documented policies and procedures
- Regular inspections and audits on material, finishes and testing to ensure compliance with drawing & specifications, both and job site and factories.
- Ensure contractors are working with latest and approved shop drawings.
- Ensure site records such as Daily Report /progress photo are properly maintained.
- Issue Correction Notices (CN) for any defective works, maintain a log and ensure timely closure.
Technical Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Certificate in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Chartered professional membership in relevant discipline
- Minimum 15 years of solid site experience in construction projects, experience in Theme Parks or complex multi-disciplines project will be an advantage
- Proficient in quality requirements in the industry
- Proficient in relevant international standards in quality
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, contractor and field personnel
- 5 working days a week, and may work in night shift or irregular working hours if necessary
- Strong technical background
- Strong communication and coordination skills
