Senior Specialist, Operations Integration (1 Year Contract)

The Senior Specialist, Operations Integration plays a vital role in enhancing operational efficiencies and driving strategic initiatives within the organization. This position is responsible for planning, integrating, and executing cross-functional projects across all Lines of Business (LOB) within the Park/Resort.

Responsibilities:

• Support the operations planning and execution of Disney Premier Pass operations by coordinating with relevant LOBs to ensure optimal guest experiences.

• Take on significant responsibilities in planning and executing expanded park product operations, integrating new offerings and enhancing existing products.

• Provide support and project management throughout the entire process of cross-functional projects, from planning to implementation.

• Influence and coordinate teams across all LOBs to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

• Assume responsibility for the Operations Integration of new initiatives or projects. This includes developing and collaborating on operational and execution plans, as well as communicating with relevant LOBs, Cast Members, and Guests.

• Receive and comprehend event requests from initiating LOBs, such as Marketing, Business Solutions & Events, Public Affairs, Human Resources, and Sales teams. Resolve challenges and plan and coordinate Operations teams and related LOBs to fulfill special event requests accordingly.

• Develop a strategic communication plan for park projects or events and monitor its successful implementation.

• Supervise day-to-day event operations and be physically present at events/parties to ensure smooth execution. Respond professionally to unforeseen changes or challenges.

• Manage and oversee the annual printing budget and expenses. Collaborate with the Creative Services team in Marketing on design, prepare content and wording, coordinate with vendors on production (including obtaining quotations and arranging logistics), monitor stock usage, manage archiving, and handle requests from other LOBs.

Requirements:

• Tertiary Education in Business Administration or related discipline

• Strong understanding of operational procedures and knowledge within operations and also organization’s services and products.

• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in Hong Kong Disneyland

• Candidate with less experience may be considered for the Specialist role if he or she demonstrates a strong fit for the position

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Cantonese & Mandarin).

• A good sense of operation/user requirement on software development/usage

• Have to work beyond normal office hours which depends on job demand (on a shift basis)
