Are you an experienced digital advertising professional fluent in Portuguese and English? Join Disney’s Advertising team and help deliver high-impact campaigns across platforms like Disney+, web, apps, social media, and Connected TV (CTV).

About the Role

We’re hiring a Client Services Coordinator to support the execution of digital advertising campaigns. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital ad campaigns with guidance from the Client Services Manager

• Assist in media planning and campaign setup for Disney+

• Monitor campaign performance and flag issues

• Support trafficking, reporting, and order entry

• Collaborate with internal teams for timely execution

• Provide administrative support (invoicing, documentation)

• Help improve internal processes and workflows

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising (agency, publisher, or ad tech)

• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese digital media landscape

• Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and trading desks

• Experience with video, display, and CTV campaigns

• Understanding of data privacy regulations in advertising

• Proficiency in campaign tracking, VAST tags, and ad verification tools

• Fluent in Portuguese and English

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
