仕事内容:

About the Role & Team

You will support a wide range of stakeholders across The Walt Disney Company, delivering tactical, operational and strategic threat assessments and intelligence to protect employees, assets, activities, guests and the Disney brand. You will lead and continuously enhance the event and site threat assessment programme, with a particular focus on medium- and high-threat environments across EMEA. In addition, you will provide critical support during crisis situations, including contributing intelligence assessments to crisis management responses. Working closely with the Senior Intelligence Manager and EMEA Security leadership, you will translate complex threat data into clear, actionable insights — ensuring senior stakeholders understand both the threats and what they mean for the business.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

Writing & Briefing

  • Produce high-quality written reports and deliver verbal briefings to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.

  • Clearly articulate “what this means for the business”, ensuring intelligence is impactful and decision-oriented.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across TWDC and with external partners, including relevant government and corporate entities.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify intelligence requirements aligned to business priorities and the threat landscape.

  • Proven experience in threat intelligence, with a strong focus on EMEA and the private sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, finished intelligence products independently.

  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and articulate business impact.

  • Experience presenting to diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.

  • Experience building and maintaining effective partnerships across complex, matrix organisations.
