As Licensing Sales Manager for Health & Beauty across EMEA at Disney, you will shape and execute ambitious commercial strategies, both long-term and for each fiscal year, to drive growth across our portfolio. You will oversee and develop a number of our existing accounts, evaluating our licensee base to implement a rationalisation plan that ensures our business management remains focused and effective. Your role will involve identifying, pitching, and securing new licensees who will meaningfully contribute to category expansion.

- Build and nurture strong engagement, partnerships, and joint business planning with all EMEA accounts, valuing contributions from both new and existing partners.
- Conduct contract negotiations for designated accounts, ensuring all relevant stakeholders, global, EMEA, and local, are informed and included.
- Work inclusively with creative teams and as needed, Global Interactive Experiences on product development, and support marketing teams to align product sales with the needs and aspirations of all licensees and retailers.
- Promote awareness and understanding of the International Labour Standards (ILS) process, serving as a supportive link between suppliers and The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) ILS team, ensuring all voices are respected.
- Drive new business development pitches and research projects, focusing on scalable opportunities accessible to all.
- Organise and actively participate in market meetings, encouraging diverse viewpoints and contributions.
- Collaborate and develop strong relationships with Disney market teams, providing regular strategy and franchise updates, and addressing local market needs and differences. Share best practices widely and inclusively.
