This position is a 6 month fixed term contract, working four days a week in our Hammersmith office, with a Monday or a Friday from home.
- Draft compelling press materials including releases, pitch letters, media alerts, fact sheets, and executive talking points.
- Manage and update master media lists, proactively engaging with media contacts and influencers.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and deliver insightful reports for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with licensees, retailers, and internal teams to align on projects and brainstorm creative PR opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives such as product launches, press events, media tours, and influencer programs.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in PR, communications, or related fields.
- Proven success in delivering press coverage across entertainment, lifestyle, and news outlets.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing.
- Exceptional media relations skills and a hands-on approach to outreach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse franchises with agility and creativity.
- Skilled in crafting persuasive pitches and presenting ideas effectively.
- Computer literacy in MS Office and Keynote.
- Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity across EMEA markets.
