About the role
Reporting to the Director – Design & Delivery INTL, the Design & Delivery PMO Senior Manager serves as the subject matter expert for managing the deployment of Enterprise Physical Security Systems across the client’s regional footprint. This position requires a seasoned physical security specialist with deep expertise in enterprise-level systems and global deployment standards. It is critical in aligning security technology implementations with corporate real estate strategy and departmental objectives.
The role demands strong leadership and includes management of a team of subject matter experts, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. It also oversees a vast regional network of contractors, demanding exceptional vendor management capabilities to ensure delivery against contractual performance metrics.
Operating with a high level of influence across internal and external stakeholders—including senior leadership—the Design & Delivery PMO Senior Manager bridges technical expertise with business objectives to ensure the timely, strategic, and cost-effective delivery of a complex portfolio of high-value security projects across EMEA operations. These projects are tightly aligned to business-critical timelines and require precision, agility, and proactive risk management to meet evolving organisational demands.
What will you do
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and applying expert project management practices, including robust budget planning and fiscal control >$1M.
Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of enterprise-level security platforms, enforcing compliance with international standards.
Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and oversee delivery through cross-functional teams.
Lead and develop a team of subject matter experts, setting clear expectations and fostering professional growth.
Tailor communications to suit diverse audiences, resolving conflict and gaining buy-in across senior stakeholders.
Identify and solve complex, non-routine problems using inventive approaches, balancing strategic and operational demands.
Implement new procedures, policies, and standards to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency.
Oversee a regional network of contractors, ensuring alignment with project goals, safety standards, and performance expectations.
Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, and performance management, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and KPIs.
Manage a complex portfolio of high-value projects, ensuring delivery against business-critical timelines and strategic objectives.
Coordinate structured change control processes and post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Ability to tailor communication across technical, operational, and executive audiences.
Over 10 years of specialised experience in physical security systems, with working knowledge of ISO and other recognised industry standards.
A proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.
