Social Responsibility Internship

Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our 12-month undergraduate placement schemes.

As a Social Responsibility intern, you will support on the delivery of Disney’s social responsibility commitments, specifically Disney’s social purpose programmes; Moments that Matter and Disney VoluntEARS. You will cover large commercially-lead initiatives and work with the wider team and our UK strategic charity partners to deliver signature programmes that bring happiness and wellbeing for children when they need it most. This internship will strengthen your communication and project management skills as well as having the chance to create a positive difference.

This is an office-based internship. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

Eligibility

• Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2027

• Must have the right to work in the UK already in place

• Available to start working full time from June 2026

• Interested in the area you are applying for, whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest

About you

• Passion for Social Responsibility, Children’s Wish Granting, Children’s Hospitals and/or supporting the community

• Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure

• Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner

• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties

• Strong MS Office skills
