As an Executive Assistant, you will primarily support the SVP/VP of the Disney business in APAC, while also providing support to the broader APAC leadership team as needed. This role is positioned as a trusted partner to senior leadership, enabling effective decision-making, seamless communication, and smooth day-to-day operations at the executive level.

You will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and business support to senior executives, working closely with the SVP/VP and collaborating across regional and global stakeholders. This role is critical to maintaining executive efficiency and supporting the success of Disney’s fast-growing and innovative business in APAC.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as a key support partner to the SVP/VP and, at times, the APAC leadership team. You will be responsible for managing complex priorities, facilitating executive communications, and ensuring operational excellence at the senior leadership level.

  • Provide high-level executive support to the SVP/VP, including coordination, administrative support, and selected business support activities related to the business in APAC.
  • Act as a point of coordination between the VP, APAC leadership team, internal partners, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective communication.
  • Manage the SVP/VP’s complex calendar, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and organize domestic and international business travel.
  • Support leadership meetings by preparing materials, consolidating inputs, conducting basic research and analysis, and creating professional presentations and management reports.
  • Assist with internal workflows, approvals, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution of leadership priorities.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain executive documents and records; process expense reports and timesheets as required.
  • Support senior executive visits, leadership meetings, and internal/external events in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Provide additional administrative or coordination support to the APAC leadership team as needed, while maintaining primary focus on SVP/VP support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience, including experience supporting senior-level executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, executive environment, managing multiple priorities with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders across regions and functions.
  • Ability to think proactively and anticipate executive needs.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours when business needs are required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications
