Hong Kong Disneyland's Finance Controllership is looking to hire an administrative assistant for a 5-month maternity cover role from November 2024 to April 2025 to support business coordination and administrative tasks for the team.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Controllership Team and Operation Finance Team to ensure efficient operations
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for leaders and team members
Manage calendars for Executives
Provide support for regular report preparation and generation
Assist in organizing team activities for Financial Management, Alliances, and Sourcing Line of businesses.
Handle administrative duties including but not limited to T&E, leave records, expenses, and reimbursements for the team
Create and manage Purchase Orders in compliance with related Company Policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma required. An associate degree and higher education level are preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced challenging environment
Strong organizational and planning skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
