The primary purpose of the Brand & Content Marketing Intern role is to support theatrical marketing campaigns for Disney Studios in Indonesia. The intern will assist in coordinating asset creation, work with agencies to manage assets for campaign rollout, provide strategic support on campaigns such as developing briefs, gathering insights related to the title campaign, and conduct content performance analysis. This role requires a strong grasp of marketing and project management skills, and the candidate should be knowledgeable in industry trends and the latest creative advertising innovations.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Disney Studios team to develop, organize, execute, and evaluate theatrical title campaigns: from initial briefs all the way to post-campaign evaluations
- Deliver clear direction and inspiration to creative teams, agencies, and key co-marketing partners in developing creative ads and marketing initiatives to drive results (theatrical box office performance)
- Manage Brand and Content marketing asset production and management
- Liaise with regional marketing team for asset sourcing and content approvals
Internship Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between May to August 2025

Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Candidates should be fluent in English and be a fan of movies and series, media, entertainment
- Knowledge in The Walt Disney Company content library, brands, franchises, and characters that define them, and expertise to build further audience engagement
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure working environment
- Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
