Park Operations cast members ensure our guests have safe and enjoyable experiences while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Through transportation support, guest advisement, and area maintenance, operations cast members have a direct impact on our guests’ experiences.
Park Operations encompasses several fields, and applicants will be assigned to specific positions based on operational needs.
職責／担当・主要業務:
Attractions Operations:
- Greet and welcome Guests into attractions and theatres in a sincere manner
- Screen for boarding requirement
- Load & unload guests from attractions / theatres / shows
- Control guest flow and ensure safety of Guests
- Interact with Guests, and handle their enquires & requests
Guest Flow:
- Greet and welcome Guests into attractions in a sincere manner
- Control guest flow and ensure safety of Guests
- Give Guests an expectation of the performance
- Interact with Guests, and handle their enquires & requests
- May be assigned to work in whole Park area
Main Gate:
- Greet and welcome Guests into the Park in a sincere manner
- Control guest flow at turnstile areas
- Assist in ticketing operations with cash handling duties
- Distribute souvenirs
- Interact with Guests, and handle their enquires & requests
Resort Transportation:
- Control guest flow at Disneyland Public Transport Interchange
- Direct Guests to take hotel guest shuttle services and control guest flow at queuing area
- Operate open carpark area & welcome Guests
- Transport, care and storage of Guests’ property
- Interact with Guests, and handle their enquires & requests
- Assis in parking and storage operations with cash handling duties
必須要件:
- Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations
- This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift hours
- Caring and outgoing with good interpersonal skills. Expressive and proactive.
- Ability to create an immersive and enjoyable experience for Guests
- Able to connect with Guests through conversations, body language, and personalized interactions

Schedule AvailabilityOur Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company.
