Job Description:

• Accountable to the Executive Creative Leadership, Executive Producer and Project Manager to deliver the vision and scope of the project effectively and efficiently, providing creative solutions and driving positive results.

• Manage and execute of creative deliverables and the collaboration with project leadership partners to ensure the effective integration of cross-disciplinary functions across Show, D+P, Ride and HKDL Operations.

• Demonstrates ability to work independently and as a team,  providing strong, positive leadership and guidance.   Promotes strong team building by developing solid relationships with multiple partners at multiple levels within WDI and HKDL.

• Orchestrate, assimilate and prioritize balanced decision making and continue to provide clarity of vision and direction to the team and at all levels across WDI leadership.

• Responsibilities include overall delivery strategy, including division of work between Glendale and Hong Kong. 

• Develops overall resource plans, estimates and schedules for Creative Deliverables in collaboration with team and functional leadership.

• Responsible and accountable for managing creative process and delivery to align with project budget and schedule for the life cycle of the project through all project phases from Blue Sky to Turnover.

• Create Creative scope deliverables and works in close coordination and align with the Show Manager and D+P Design Manager scope deliverables.

• Works closely and aligned with the over DOW’s strategy and delivery plans. And works with the project team to find creative solutions and efficiencies for delivery.

• Creates a strategy for post turnover services with Project Management and other DOW’s.

• Ability to work on multiple Hong Kong projects as needed.
