Job Overview
The role will provide groundwork support to the Government Relations (GR) team, assist the team in conducting research, liaising with different Lines of Business (LOBs) and stakeholders. Prior knowledge of the Government or the public sector is NOT mandatory.
The successful candidate will be given opportunities to enhance his/her knowledge on Hong Kong’s public sector landscape, and gain exposure to corporate storytelling, advocacy and external engagement.
Responsibilities
- Research and documentation support on the government, industry and community stakeholders
- Support communication and logistics for government and stakeholders related events
- Assist on liaising with internal LOBs and external partners
- Preparation of presentation materials
- Perform any other duties as assigned by team leaders
Requirement
- University graduate or currently enrolled in university
- Prior work experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Hands-on work experience in Microsoft PowerPoint a strong advantage
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Good listener, willing to learn, attention to detail, and team player
- Able to work minimum 2-3 days per week
