In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting daily operations across various purchasing functions.
This role is a maternity cover, and it will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
Areas of Responsibility
Accurate and timely processing of purchase invoices in compliance with Polish regulations
Verification of accounting documents and ensuring completeness of archived documentation
GL entries, expense accruals, and reconciliations
Preparation of financial reports, statements and submissions to tax authorities and regulatory bodies
Active involvement in VAT declarations and tax-related activities
Participation in audits
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role on a polish market.
Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations (VAT, CIT, WHT)
Comfortable communication in both English and Polish skills
Experience with SAP system is a plus.
