Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is a dynamic and growing business offering vacation ownership across 17 resorts in Florida, South Carolina, California, and Hawaii—with more destinations announced and under development, including Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge.
As the DVC Club Strategy & Insights Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the Member experience and resort performance. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize inventory utilization, balance Member satisfaction and commercial goals, and support strategic initiatives across the business. You’ll lead efforts to analyze Member behavior, improve exchange strategy, refine business rules, and support annual Points Chart design and analysis, while also providing critical inputs into the Revenue Management planning process (AOP, LTP, and commercial integration), ensuring alignment across planning, pricing, and Member strategy to support sustainable business growth.

You will:
As a DVC Club Strategy & Insights Manager, you will:
Drive strategic decision-making by conducting financial and operational analysis, building forecasting models, and crafting scenario plans that shape long-term business outcomes.
Lead modeling efforts to support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long-Term Plan (LTP), and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
Influence executive decision-making with compelling business cases grounded in data and Member behavior insights.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and deliver persuasive presentations that guide high-impact decisions.
Own and lead end-to-end development of business reporting and dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
Develop intuitive Tableau dashboards and ad hoc reporting that uncover trends, surface anomalies, and highlight strategic gaps to support timely, data-informed business decisions.
Optimize Member experience and revenue through deep analysis of resort demand, inventory usage and exchange behavior.
Partner closely with data warehousing and engineering teams to ensure access to accurate, timely data and influence prioritization of reporting needs.
Collaborate with teams such as Revenue Management; Financial Planning; Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA); Information, Design and Experience (IDX); and Member Services to align priorities and implement data-driven solutions.
Complete ad hoc projects that identify and champion innovative approaches to Club Management, Member engagement, and support DVC transformation initiatives.
You will have:
5+ years of experience in strategy, finance, business analytics, data science, consulting, or related fields.
Experience supporting financial planning processes such as AOP and LTP, with the ability to build and interpret complex forecasting models.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel (including logic and advanced formulas)
Demonstrated experience in SQL and Tableau (or comparable data tools).
Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-ready presentations.
Proven track record of delivering insights that influence business decisions.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and turn it into a compelling narrative.
Comfortable collaborating across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in project management, with a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams toward shared strategic goals.
Experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior executives.
Experience with inventory strategy and Guest behavior forecasting.
Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Airtable, SAP, PowerBI, and Snowflake.
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and work on sensitive strategic initiatives with professionalism and discretion.
Knowledge of the Disney Vacation Club brand, products, and Member experience dynamics.
Prior experience with The Walt Disney Company or Disney Parks Experiences & Products.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, data science, economics, finance, or statistics.
Preferred Education:
MBA or Master’s degree in relevant field

This role is based out of the Celebration office Mondays through Thursdays with remote work permitted on Fridays.
