As the Leadership Programs Manager you will join our dynamic team within the Experience Optimization (EO) organization. You will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and evaluating leader development programs tailored for the Ops Training, FOS, and WSHES organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering leadership training at all levels within the organization.
You will report to the Manager-Leadership Programs.
This is a Full-Time role. There may be more than one position with this team.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership training strategy aligned with organizational goals
Plan, coordinate, and manage activities related to leadership program initiatives and projects
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, instructional designers, and trainers, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables
Oversee the logistics and administration of training programs, including curriculum, planning and engagement
Develop project plans and timelines to ensure effective delivery of programs within scope and budget
Facilitate leadership development workshops, seminars, and programs focused on enhancing leadership skills, team effectiveness, and operational excellence
Provide coaching and mentorship to leaders at various levels to support their professional growth and leadership effectiveness
Execute a communication strategy to keep leaders and stakeholders updated on programs
Seek continuous improvement for our programs based on feedback and surveys
Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership training initiatives through metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement strategies
Collaborate with HR, area managers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs, learning objectives, and program content
Stay informed about industry trends, leadership development practices, and emerging technologies to enhance program offerings
Partner with external vendors, consultants, and educational institutions to leverage best practices and resources in leadership development
Cultivate a culture of collaboration and partnership among project team members, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications & Skills
Solid organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment
Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Capable of managing all aspects of training development from creation to completion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3 years’ experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, leadership theories, and best practices in training and development
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the impact and investment of training programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS)
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in leadership development or coaching (e.g., Maxwell, DISC Communication Styles)
Proven experience in training or education
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a Master’s degree preferred

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $60,700.00-$83,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
