Content Sales Specialist

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS AND POSITION

Our businesses are genuinely diverse and dynamic, offering exposure to a broad range of content, platforms, and partners. We are seeking a Specialist, Content Sales to support the execution of content sales and acquisition activities across the Disney portfolio in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content Sales & Acquisition, this role plays a key support function in the day-to-day operations of program sales and content marketing by working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution, accurate data management, and timely delivery of materials and information.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for content sales and content acquisition, including data management, documentation, and internal tracking.
• Support content sales execution by coordinating material delivery, providing basic marketing support, and following up with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Assist in maintaining and updating deal-related information, reports, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day workflows.
• Handle confidential and sensitive business information in accordance with internal policies and compliance requirements.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to content sales, acquisition, and market research as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Media, Communications, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the entertainment, media, or digital content industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; able to prepare reports and presentations independently.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong logical thinking and research skills.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team spirit, good communication skills, and a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
