The Walt Disney Company, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading diversified international family entertainment and media enterprise with the following business segments: Disney Entertainment, ESPN, Disney Parks, and Experiences and Products. How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Manager DASP will join the team to commercialize advertising inventory across Disney’s current and future platforms—with a strong focus on Disney+, sports, and digital media—within the Mexican market. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue across an assigned portfolio by expanding client and agency negotiations into multi-platform solutions, while building and nurturing strong long-term relationships.

The Manager DASP will be responsible for:

  • Develop the commercial strategy in partnership with the Pillar Management teams and the planning team for their assigned portfolio.
  • Oversee portfolio performance, including projections, past and future sales, competitive landscape, and market/category behavior.
  • Build accurate portfolio forecasts, maintaining a variation of no more than ±5% throughout the year.
  • Monitor consumption vs. established goals for all accounts in their portfolio.
  • Prospect and acquiring new clients to expand the revenue base.
  • Create proactive and innovative proposals to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Programming, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Integrations—to facilitate deal closure and campaign implementation.
  • Develop deep expertise in Disney’s commercial portfolio, with a particular emphasis on sports and digital media properties and content.
  • Implement a minimum of five integrated, cross‑platform projects per year.
  • Understand, analyze, and apply key buying metrics (e.g., CPRs, CPMs) that drive client and agency decisions.
  • Strength commercial relationships by fostering strong personal connections with clients.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including administrative and legal guidelines.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • +5 years of commercial experience and media sales, preferably within major broadcasters, publishers, or digital platforms.
  • Proven experience closing complex negotiations with advertisers and media agencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional studies or certifications in digital platforms are a plus.
  • Ability to commercially amplify content, primarily sports, as well as entertainment and family-oriented properties.
  • Capability to build integrated proposals that encompass traditional media, digital platforms (including streaming), and promotional activations.
  • Strong understanding of sales budgets and demonstrated ability to accurately forecast revenue from a financial perspective.
  • Knowledge of content policies and internal approval processes.
  • Experience managing teams and external vendors.
  • Team‑oriented mindset, with strong time‑management abilities and strong decision‑making skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
