How will you contribute to our magical experience?


The Sales and Retail Supervisor role is to support the Senior Manager with all North Region clients, understanding their needs, opportunities, and ways of working. This role supports relationships between LOBs and clients in order to enable efficient communication and drive sales growth. The Retail Supervisor is responsible for planning and executing retail programs with all our accounts in Monterrey, based on retailer calendar opportunities and Disney’s biggest theatrical releases and franchise opportunities. This role is the link between our biggest clients (retailers) and Disney’s categories and licensees.

The Supervisor, Sales & Retail – North Region will be responsible for:

  • Implement retail plans with all North Region clients, ensuring alignment with retailer calendars and Disney priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with retailers, identifying needs, opportunities, and ways of working.
  • Support account planning and analysis by department (Apparel, Toys, Home, etc.) to detect business opportunities.
  • Consolidate and maintain updated information including retail plans, account status, and licensee follow-up.
  • Develop customized retail presentations, mailings, and product catalogues for clients.
  • Analyze revenue results to support retail budget allocation for each program.
  • Strengthen relationships between retailers, licensees, and internal Disney teams (LOBs, Marketing, PD, Sales).
  • Keep internal documents up to date: databases, retail calendars, purchase consolidation files, and expense controls.
  • Establish calendars by property and coordinate with commercial and product teams for perfect execution.
  • Secure purchase orders, monitor delivery tracking, ensure proper display placement, and follow up on in-store execution.
  • Support the growth of Monterrey accounts through consistent communication and collaboration with buyers.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business Innovation, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Sales, Consumer Products, Retail, Marketing, or Entertainment.
  • Preferred industries: Entertainment, Consumer Products, Sales, Marketing, Retail.
  • Leadership experience coordinating projects, events, or new initiatives.
  • (Preferred) Experience or internship in Disney Parks & Resorts.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint; intermediate Excel; intermediate AI tools.
  • Advanced English and bilingual Spanish (is a must).
  • Strong capabilities in organization, administration, communication, multitasking, teamwork, and relationship building.
  • Sales-oriented, energetic, self-motivated, inclusive, and capable of working efficiently in fast-paced environments.
