As a Manager of Inclusive Insights, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of impactful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion insights to solution against employee and business challenges. You have a curiosity that leads you to always ask, “What’s possible?” and the ability to bring concepts to reality - from numbers to narratives.

What You Will Do

The incumbent in this role will deeply immerse themselves alongside the People Insights (PI), Inclusive Workforce team and the business to understand unique needs and challenges, while focusing on custom business needs. They act as analysts and designers, collaborating with our experts to deliver data-driven solutions. In this role, you will improve our employees’ experiences and help drive critical business priorities by analyzing and connecting data points across workforce data and trends, people research, barrier and other complex analyses, aiding in data visualization, and compelling storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage compelling data-driven narratives to influence inclusion-focused strategies.

  • Proactively connect dots across different data points, research inputs, and business initiatives.

  • Partner with People Insights (PI) to ensure comprehensive dashboard heatmaps, scatterplots and other advanced visuals to provide accurate, consistent, relevant and actionable data.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and activate existing insights, encourage adoption of standard dashboards, and promote clarity around key DEI metrics.

  • Leverage an understanding of gap and barrier analyses, collaborating with varying audiences to enhance innovative solutions in support of Enterprise initiatives.

  • Communicate and effectively partner with PI and segment stakeholders to identify and unlock opportunities to improve platform capabilities.

  • Support concurrent projects while monitoring and staying abreast of best practices.

  • Equip partners to make data-informed decisions by providing guidance and training on how to navigate and interpret insights from existing self-serve tools.

  • Act with integrity and behaviors that promote the values and mission of The Walt Disney Company.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in working with demographic specific data and analytics, including predictive analytics, gap analysis and barrier analysis

  • Awareness of cultural context, global inclusion, and bias in data interpretation

  • Experience writing executive summaries, slide decks and/or action-oriented reports to diverse populations

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to effectively handle confidential information

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters in organizational psychology, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

  • Proven experience in people research methodologies, preferably in an HR Analytics setting

  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence and HR analytics platforms such as Tableau, Snowflake, Cognos or similar platforms


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $137,100 to $167,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
