Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about media and advertising operations? We’re looking for a Part-Time Ad Sales Planner Coordinator to join our dynamic team for a short-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campaign management and media planning across multiple channels.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Schedule and position commercial spots across our channels to optimize inventory yield.
- Manage and process purchase orders from media agencies and direct advertisers.
- Oversee advertising campaigns within our internal systems.
- Coordinate video ad delivery via material platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Mydas software.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to the Team Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive and versatile team player with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Your Background:
- A first experience in administrative or analytical roles.
- Degree in Media or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
