Job Location: Remote, India

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Layout Analytics & Insights: Analyse platform data, customer feedback and journey mapping to optimise content merchandising and platform layout. Identify opportunities for experimentation and improvements
- Layout Experimentation: Liaise with stakeholders from multiple teams across geographies to plan, prioritise, conduct & analyse layout experiments
- PMO support for complex cross functional projects: Tracking progress by working cross-functionally with different stakeholders like product, growth & business teams; Ensuring a consistent high-bar on excellence and project delivery
- Prioritization of Initiatives:Work cross-functionally with Content & discovery product, business & operations teams to fulfil business priorities
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS
- Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects and deadlines
- Structuring problem statements and hypothesis generation
- Strong attention to detail
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- MBA from a tier 1 institute with 2-4 years of experience in B2C tech firms on platform growth strategy & execution (Non-MBAs with similar work experience may also work)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for numbers
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders across the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with data tools (e.g. Amplitude, SQL etc.)
- International experience is preferred
