Job Location: Remote, India

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- PMO support for the launch of new initiatives & complex cross-functional projects: Tracking progress by working cross-functionally with different stakeholders like product, growth & business teams; Ensuring a consistently high bar on excellence and project delivery
- Platform growth initiatives: Identify areas of improvement around platform growth (e.g. churn, engagement etc.), structure the problem, and problem-solving along with analytics and functional teams to identify the root cause & solve
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS
- Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for numbers
- Knowledge and experience with growth strategy- retention, engagement, content growth etc.
- Structuring problem statements and hypothesis generation
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- MBA from a tier 1 institute with 5-6 years experience in growth strategy and program management role with cross-functional teams (Non-MBAs with relevant experience of 7-8 years can also apply)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
